## 4. Hardware & Battery Responsibility

The continuous use of the camera flash/LED can significantly drain battery life and may generate heat.

*   **No Liability:** We are not responsible for any damage to your device’s hardware (including LED burnout, battery degradation, or overheating) resulting from the use or misuse of our applications.

 

## 5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Tips

*   **Pro Versions:** Any "Pro" or "Plus" version is a one-time purchase or subscription handled through the **Google Play Store** or **Apple App Store**.

*   **Refunds:** All financial transactions are managed by the respective app store providers. We do not directly handle refunds. Please refer to the Google Play or Apple App Store refund policies.

*   **Tip Jar:** Contributions made via the "Tip Jar" or "Buy Me a Coffee" feature are voluntary donations to support development and do not entitle the user to additional features unless explicitly stated.
