CYBERSTRONG ("our company," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This Master Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and device permissions across our websites, products, and mobile applications. Your privacy and device security are our top priorities.
1. Information Handling & Purpose
We use information provided through forms or automated system access for:
* Delivering and supporting services/products used by customers.
* Improving our security and preventing data leakage.

2. App-Specific Permissions & Privacy
🚨 Help Button - Safety & Emergency Alert
Help Button is designed to be a private, peer-to-peer safety tool.
- Location Data: We access your device's location only when the "Help" button is activated (either via the main button or the notification shortcut).
- Background Location: Required to ensure that your exact coordinates are retrieved even if the phone is in your pocket or the app is minimized during an emergency.
- No Server Storage: Your location data is used locally to generate a Google Maps link which is passed to your chosen messaging app (SMS/WhatsApp). We never store, track, or upload your location data to any server.
- Peer-to-Peer Sharing: Your location is shared only with the emergency contacts you have configured.
- Local Storage: All configuration data (Contact Names, Phone Numbers, custom messages) is stored locally on your device.
- SMS (SEND_SMS): When the "Instant SMS" feature is enabled, this allows the app to send emergency text messages directly in the background without requiring you to manually open the messaging app. This permission is requested at runtime and can be denied.
- Notifications & Foreground Service: Used to maintain a persistent safety tray icon for immediate access, ensuring siren and location features remain reliable even when minimized.
- Audio & Do Not Disturb: Used to override "Silent Mode" and "Do Not Disturb" during an active alert to ensure the siren is heard. Original settings are restored when cancelled.
🔦 Flashlight+
Our flashlight application requires specific hardware access to function properly.
- Camera Permission: This is used exclusively to control the device's LED Flash (torch/flashlight). We do not record, store, or transmit any photos, videos, or visual data. This permission is required only for the hardware-level control of the flash LED.
- Device State: We may access basic device information to ensure the flashlight remains active while the app is in the foreground or background (e.g., for SOS modes).
3. Third-Party Services & Advertising
To provide free services, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free versions of our apps (e.g., Help Button and Flashlight+).
- Device Identifiers: AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA) to serve relevant ads.
- nteraction Data: Used to measure ad performance and prevent fraud.

- Messaging Apps (Help Button only): We use standard system triggers to open your device's messaging apps. Use of these apps is governed by their respective privacy policies.
4. Data Protection & Disclosure
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We disclose information only when required by law or to execute legal actions from authorized organizations.
- We implement industry-standard safety control measures to protect the integrity of the data stored locally on your device, preventing unauthorized data access or leakage.

We preserve personal information only to the extent necessary for its purpose and discard it in a proper manner without delay once no longer needed. Since most of our apps (like Help Button) store data locally, you can dispose of it simply by uninstalling the application or clearing the app data.

Our applications are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
